The firm provides a full range of services to clients, including creditors and debtors, who encounter legal issues related to insolvency and debt workout. The firm is experienced in representing all parties on virtually all issues that give rise to litigation in a bankruptcy case, and is able to provide all legal services necessary to facilitate or oppose reorganization under the Bankruptcy Code, including, matters arising under Chapters 9, 11 and 13, and liquidation under Chapter 7.
